Please be praying for one of my little ministry kiddoes

Please be praying for one of my little ministry kiddoes Jordan and her family: Joel, Jodie and baby sister Jadyn. Jordan is 4 years old and has Leukemia. This past weekend and this week have been truly hard for her. She has no appetite and won't drink either. All of these things combined with her frequent chemo treatments has resulted in her losing down to 25 lbs. On Monday they decided they would have to insert a feeding tube to help increase her weight and ensure that she would get the nutrition she needs. It is truly heart breaking to watch her try to do the simplest things. It is also hard to imagine that last year she was running around and doing all the things that little 3 year old little girls do. The treatments have taken their toll on her little body and spirit. But they have also taken their toll on her parents. They have had so many hospital visits and runs to emergency rooms and clinics. As you can imagine just having "normal" adult conversations is a treat for them to have most days. They have so much that they have to do to care for Jordan. Right now its taking turns being with her at the hospital. And you know they have to be exhausted. I just can't imagine watching my little one go through all this. So please join me in praying for healing as well as strength of mind, body, and spirit for Jordan and her family. Also on November 1st we are taking part in Light the Night in Jordan's honor walking to raise money for Leukemia research. If you are in the Dallas area please come on out to the Rough Riders Dr Pepper Ballpark on November 1st from 5-8 pm and join our 3 mile walk. Also please pray that we will be able to honor Jordan's fight as well as raise money to give to research. And that God will wipe out this ugly form of cancer that robs so many of life.
